Alrights so im having issues with my battery/alt, about 2 days ago my alternator stopped working, got a new one in, wasn't recharging the battery, switched the battery, new one wasn't holding power either, the only way to keep it up is having it connected to another battery.

 

How long does it take to drain the battery, sounds like some kind of parasitic draw.

The usual culprit is the stereo or CD changer. But anything that's aftermarket electronics would be high on the suspect list as well.

EDIT: Also, did you clean up both ends of both battery cables and the alternator cable? Wire brush until the metal is shiny.
