Yes. If you mean physically fitting.

The springs from G coupe, Gsedan, GsedanX and 350z are all interchangeable and will only have difference in ride heights due to spring stiffness.

Just got done lowering G35X AWD and put on wheels...

2007 INFINITI G35X AWD

With Tein S-Tech lowering springs front and back
and
AODHAN ds02
19x9.5 Fronts
19x11 Rears
+22 offset all around

So I know this is a year old but did you get a camber kit for these?
