It looks nice on the car if it weren't for the huge gap.. thicker tires should do the trick 45 or 50 most likely since your not planning on dropping it..

I checked with Discount Tire today and they confirmed that the offsets are in acceptable range putting thoes 19 inch coupe wheels on the 07 sedan. So I got the rears ordered (245/40/19)Kumho SPT. I didn't order the fronts because the sales guy and I tired to find anything in a ??/45/19. There were a few but he wasn't sure 245/45/19 would fit with out some rubbing, but he wasn't sure. So I decided to sleep on it and do some research.

I think I am going to just order the kumho spt 245/45/19 and see what happens.

I thought the fronts are the ones that you already had mounted and everything? Put them all on...see what it looks like. With all four mounted is the only way that you'll be able to see what the full look is like.

Dude - please do not get 245/45/19 tires.

That will make the gap a bit smaller - but it will make the car sit higher off the ground and the fattyness of the tire will make the wheel looks smaller. Plus the front tires would be fatter than the rears!?! You could just get 245/40 front and rear. Or you could get a 225/45 in front. Remember that the car sits higher right after you have it jacked up, after a day or so it will go back to regular ride height.

Okay...I jumped on the bandwagon. Found a good deal on the coupe wheels and got them put on this morning. Completely stock...no drop...no spacers...40 series tires. More pics to come, this is the only once I have so far. I think the gap up front is a little higher than I would like, but I can live with it for the time being for sure.

CarFreak I have no idea where you found those pictures...but that is exactly what I've been looking for to get a view of this on the IP.

When you find that please post! I found one set available but they wanted $3K for them. I figure in the next few months there will be a bunch of takeoffs available for a more decent price.

Yea the fronts are mounted but they are on used tires. At some point I will need to get new ones, got about 50% to 60% left on them. So I got the 245/40 ordered should be in friday. So I will be 225/40 and 245/40 at the end of the day.

Here is a better pic of my rims in the front. Again, no spacers, no drop, Journey package.

I'm about to post more pics in the pics section of the whole car too with the new Coupe 19s installed today.

The wheel gap there looks very reasonable, hope mine looks the same. I guess you transfered tpms's to the 19's, do you plan on getting rid of your oem wheels and tires? I plan to keep mine I have good tread left even after 15k. maybe I could use them as a track setup.

TPMS is a good question. The ones I bought came with them. I was told that TPMS was car specific, so buying new wheels I would have to recalibrate. But I put them on, drove around, and the light never came on. So I'm going to assume that they are working fine? Does anybody know the answer to that?

As for my oems, I'm going to keep them as well I think. Not exactly sure what for. I just noticed you live in Marysville, I'm in Sacramento. We don't exactly get bad winters, so no need for a winter setup. Mine only have 2500 miles on them, so I haven't even had a chance to see their wear yet.
