Which of these following tire sizes will fit all 4 OEM sport wheels (18x7.5/18x8.5)?

Which of these sizes would work on all 4 wheels. (OEM is 225/50-18 Front, 245/45-18 Rear)

225/45-18

235/40-18

235/50-18

245/40-18

245/45-18

This will be for a set of winter tires.

I think the 235/50-18 would be best right?

As long as it fits the rim.

225/50R18 maxes out at 8" when I'd need 8.5". Maybe I could stretch it... but the 235/50R18 looked like the better compromise (with slightly increased ride height to clear snow chunks, haha)

OEM sport wheels are 18x8 all the way around. I dont know where you got 7.5/8.5

225/45/18 all around would be best for a winter setup.

uh... here:

https://g35driver.com/forums/v36-brakes-suspension-wheels-tires/159247-data-base-lowered-aftermarket-rims-tires.html

and here:

http://www.infiniti.com/g_sedan/packages.html

Performance Tire and Wheel Package

- Split 7-spoke 18 x 7.5-inch (front), 18 x 8.5-inch (rear) aluminum-alloy wheels. 225/50R18 (front), 245/45R18 (rear) W-rated summer performance tires

and even if they were all 18x8, the 225/50R18 would be the best choice because it is the exact right OEM rolling diameter. The size you listed has too short of a sidewall and is too high of a % off.

Perhaps you were confused and thinking of the G35X sport that is 7.5" W f/r...or something?
