How do the spring rates compare to the stock 07 sedan sport springs??

 

You can use a torque wrench, but i dont know the torque specs, you also need 21mm socket for the lug nuts. I am not sure about the springs rates. But the car rides stiffer.

 

Yes, I got the big socket for the lug nuts with my wheel locks. So after you remove the wheel, you only need to use those 3 difference sockets to remove the suspension parts right?

Yea pretty much, you might also need 19mm or 17mm wrench for the rear bolt. The rear is easy, jus raise the back up high, so you can push the lower arm all the way down to remove the spring.

Looks very nice! I'm actually going to go with the Eibach since I can get a good deal on them. So for raising the car, a 5 ton garage jack should do the trick, correct?

07IMLG - Did you ever check the alignment after the install? I really want to know whether an alignment is necessary after such a slight drop. Thanks.

I'm sure you will still need the alignment done, but it would be great if they could get it in spec without having to use a camber kit. :-)

yea i got the alignment done on last thurs, everything was pretty much in spec, the front on both sides have 1 degree of neg camber, they adj. toe a little bit, on the rear they adj the camber on the rear right. After the alignment was done everything is in spec no need for alignment, i will post up the sheet soon.

Do you know the spring rates on the Impul springs and the sport springs?

how is the ride compared to the original sport springs? Stiffer? Same? can you feel every small bump on the road?

springs rates i dont know, the ride is good, a lilttle bit stiffer, you dont feel everybump on the road. Only down side is the springs are expensive.

 

You will feel the bumps once you go 20s...
