Winter tires question

Is it wise to have 2 winter tires in the rear and 2 all season in the front? Is that a good idea? All tires are the same size. This is for the sport model.

No that's stupid. Especially for a brand new car. Run FOUR dedicated snow tires of the appropiate size.

yeah. think about it a bit
1) you want to be able to turn well in the winter, which is what the front wheels tend to do
2) you want to be able to accelerate in slippery conditions which is what the rear wheels want to do
3) and most importantly, you want to be able to stop in winter conditions which requires all 4 wheels.
