rear tires in the front rims

Im wondering if I can go 245/45/18 tires all around without rubbing? Not really worried about rotation but rather with selection/price. It seems that the rear size fits on a 7.5" rim in just about every manufacturers list.

Any input is apreciated.

It will work, but won't look right. The front tires (stock) 225 already bulge more than the rears. With 245 on the front, I think it'd look funny.

For a larger selection, I'm looking at 235/50 front and 255/45 rear.

The tire rack website say that the 245/45/18 fits in a 7.5" rim, but it is also the limit of the posible range. If mounted on the 7.5" rim, will it hit anything on the wheel well or suspension?

I am sure it will not hit anything. I run 245/45/18 front and back on 8.5" rims.
The offsets on my 8.5" rims are 42mm and your front 7.5" rims are 45mm so you should have no problem.
