Tire rating different - Good bad?

I just had some Dunlop M3 snow tires put on the car, when the guy ordered them one came in incorrect, so he had a guy pick one up at the stores alternate site down the road. I didn't think much of it until I got home and looked at the tires and they are actually different.

One is a 245/45/18 100V
the other is a 245/45/18 96V

So one can hold a little more weight then the other, The car is OEM for 96V, so the 100 is just a little extra. I called Dunlop and they said they didn't feel it really mattered. but that was just some customer service Rep..

Does anyone think this is an issue? It was $1000 for tires so should I go back and demand matching sets? or is that going overboard?

for a $1000, I would want them to match. I would accept $100 off to keep the other tire since they are snow tires.

It shouldn't matter; they both are the same size and speed rating.
