Can someone please tell me what the real deal is on the Eibach drop??

Here's my confusion...When I go directly to the source at Eibach.com
It states, (PRO-KIT F:1.4 in R:1.3 in)

http://eibach.com/cgi-bin/htmlos.exe...42585500004070

When I go to the Stillen web site it states
Lowers vehicle F:1.0”- R:1.5”

http://www.stillen.com/product.asp?i...odel=G35%204DR

The MFG#s are exactly the same on both web pages 6383.140

the numbers don't add up...am i missing something here?

BTW, anyone know when there gonna come out with the front camber kits?

The actually manufacturer of the springs will tell you the real measurements as opposed to an outside vendor. Think of it this way... I actually weigh 195#'s but my California ID says I weigh 145. Make sense?

Eibach Springs.......?

Now you know to believe Eibach on what drop there springs offer. Your other
question was about camber kits.......there's no less than a dozen companys
that offer camber kits front & back....do a search under our own Marketplace
until you find one that meets your needs.

I think you are wrong on the 07+. I think I saw one kit the other day for about $600, maybe Stillen. I think that is the only Front kit for the new sedan.

Has anyone been able to confirm it really exists?

I'm getting the Eibach springs tomorrow at 11:00AM from STATUS from Hermosa Beach. I'll try to do the measuring when I get there.

Oh, should I take my camera with me?

Even if they exist, I bet Stillen won't sell them cheap.

I thought I saw them on Stillen's site http://www.stillen.com/browse.asp?c=...odel=G35%204DR but it appears they have a photo of front's on their ad but only sell rears. According to gary c there are at least a dozen kits. He must be thinking on another model year. I have yet to find fronts after searching Stillen.com a little better.

Who is having issue with uneven wear on their front tires? I am not after 8,000 miles of being lowered. I have -1.4 and -1.6 on front and am experiencing even wear for some reason. I have the Ebach rear kit installed. My tires look great!

I finally did my spring yesterday at STATUS in Hermosa Beach. They did a wonderful job and only took about 45~50 mins total! Anyways, I'm sorry to tell some of you that may have been waiting for the pictures... My camera was broken and I did not notice that until I got there. However, I did manage to measure the differences between before and after.

The measurement goes: 1.32 +/- 0.01 for the front and 1.21 +/- 0.01 for the rear. They are a little lower number than what Eibach has told us, but I've also heard that springs need some time to be settled and it may take a few weeks to do so. Maybe I can just take another measurement in a few weeks to see the difference.

I'll try to take a few pix with my phone cam and upload it here.

That's actually a pretty good measurement ... a difference of 0.1" all the way around is very close to the catalog values. I doubt most people can even see that!

I guess you now have an excuse for a new camera!

the springs have to settle this will only show exaclty where they sit when newly installed, guaranteed to be very slightly less.
