Hi guys im a new 2007 g35s owner and I just change my wheels and the tire pressure tire immediately turned on and i have no idea how to turn it off... can anybody help?
As far as i know, and have researched(A LOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!) there is still no way to disable the light other than taking out the bulb. What did was to transfer the TPMS into my summer wheels and run the winter without 'em that way i have to bear with the light for 2months out of 12.
Did you replace your wheels? If so, did they transfer the TPS located inside the wheel tire valve stem, from your original to the new wheels? The other option you have is to remove the bulb from the dash TPS light.
Thank you for the reply guys, by the way its not an option for me to remove the light ... so probably can i just go to a discount tire or le swharz to transfer the tps?
Yes you need to transfer the sensors. It's a safety system so you can't get around it. My local discount won't even put aftermarket wheels on peoples cars without moving the sensors over.
Is there a fuse just for the TPMS?? Somehow I highly doubt they would put it on a separate fuse. I am still looking for a way to disable the TPMS. I am sure lots of you are
