H&R vs Eibach springs????

I have an 08 g35s 6sp sedan. I dont want the back to sit lower than the front. I will have a system in the trunk. Should I go with the H&R's or Eibachs? Are the H&R's actaully made for the 03-06 model g35 and how much do they actually lower the 07-08 model (assuming they fit like everyone says). I gonna be putting 20s on but want to lower it first just cant decide. Pros and cons with eibach and H&R would be great. Camber issues....sagging.... ride quality???? anything really

Go with H&R springs..

I had H&R's before but i never got the chance to install them.. if you do a quick search you'll find pics of G sedans that are lowered on either springs and you'll get an idea of how it looks.. as far as camber from what i know we only have ones for the rear none for the front yet.... some don't even have one installed

I think Eibach has a reach advantage, but H&Rs carry a mean hook. I think it would be a good fight.

On a serious note though- I like the stance of the H&Rs better. The rear looks lower/squattier with the Eibachs in my opinion. There is a great spreadsheet that TerryCS put together that is sticked around here that shows links to pretty much everyone's tire/wheel/spring setup. Take a look and see what you like best! Goodluck.

Official prediction: H&R in a 7th rd. TKO

I installed the H&R's on my car, then took them back off a week later to put on the Eibachs. The front was WAY lower than the rear.

YES they are for the 03-06, which are lighter than our cars, hence the squating in the front. It might even out with your system in the back, but be prepared for some camber issues in the front.

Your having camber issues with the Eibachs or you had camber issues with the H&Rs?

Actually, the H&R used the same part number as ealier years but Eibach did the R&D for the 07+.

Front camber will be slightly off with Eibach and more off with H&R (simply because they make the car sit lower).

I have only slight camber issues on the front with my Eibach's and have the camber kit for the rear which is dialed in perfect. I never got the H&R's checked.

I have the Eibachs myself but would like to go H&R. Only because I have 19's and I feel that the smaller wheels would accomodate the more aggressive drop of the H&R's.

Buy H&R's, if you don't like them, I'll trade you my Eibachs.

Now thats a deal...ey???

H&R's anyday!! I've had both and absolutely LOVE the H&R's. Great even drop, and nicest ride ever on any lowered car I've ever had!!

Hey guys,

Would Tanabe be a good alternative to Eibach or H&R?

I have to admit, Eibachs have a bigger gap in the front due to the larger wheel arch and H&Rs drop the front much lower than the rear. Neither Brand "looks" even.

I'm actually leaning toward Eibach but just wanted to know about Tanabe.

-Thanks

I put Eibachs on 3 different cars in a row i owned- by far the best springs that dont have a droopy *** sag look.. also they do a great job at keeping the car flat around corners, and ride isnt too bad..
