Tanabe GF210 Springs available for 07+

On a previous car, I had GF210 springs and absolutely loved them as the drop was perfect, the ride was great, and the spring rates were greater than stock so performance was improved. I'd like to go with these springs again and see they have them for the 03-06 sedan... Has the suspension design changed for 07? I've heard the H&R springs people go with are 03-06 which would lead me to believe the GF210's would be too but I wanted to be safe rather than sorry.

I think I read that the eibach front springs were unchanged but they changed the rear to get a smidge more drop (to even it out more). i bet they're pretty darn similar tho.

Doing more research it looks like the design of the springs are about the same but the spring rates and drop are different. I'd guess they were stiffened for 07.

I see Tanabe made NF210 springs for the 07-08 sedan and they are significantly stiffer spring rates than the 03-06 model. I just don't like the drop on them. 1.0 and 1.3...looks like its sagging in the rear. Hopefully they will develop the GF210s with less of a drop in the rear.

NF210 03-06
1.6/0.9 drop
297/267 Spring rates

NF210 07-08
1.0/1.3 drop
426/403 Spring rates

For Comparison here are the GF210 specs for 03-06
1.5/0.9 drop
342/308 Spring rates

Quite a bit of difference between the two, V35 and V36. NF springs are supposed to be no more than 5% over stock rates so that must mean Infiniti made the stock springs way stiffer for 07. Makes me wonder how different the ride would be for H&R owners since they didn't modify their design at all and most likely running rates lower than stock. Looks like Tanabe felt the increase was needed. ~130 lb spring rate increase between V35 and V36 is pretty significant.

PS: Here's what the NF210 drop looks like

The 03-06 drop looked much better

The 03-06 guys complain about the back end being high. The 07 just sits level as it should.

The 07 does look like it's sitting perfectly parallel with the pavement but the rear just looks huge and sagging...I guess that's just the way infiniti designed it.

I'll e-mail Tanabe and see if they plan on making GF210's for the V36 anytime soon...I hope they speak english.

Ok I called Tanabe and they said there were no plans for developing the GF210's for the 07-08 just NF. He did say the DF may be developed soon but I think those are super low.
