Can anyone tell me if the 08 M45 rims clears an 07 G35x easily?

Or are spacers needed? Thanks a million guys. I ask cuz not many ppl have the new 08 M45's on 2nd gen sedans.

I want those... but I have a strong feeling I would have a hard time finding a set since I cannot run staggered :S Since I drive an X.

 

There's a ton of room for brakes on all M45 rims including the 08s. The rims are basically the same as the 06-07 rims except that the spokes are flared out where it meets the edge of the rim.

That said, M45 rims look much better w/ spacers anyway. So, throw on some 15 mm spacers if you're not lowered or 20-25mm spacers if you're lowered and you will have TONs of brake caliper space.

With respect to G37 rims, as long as you're running the same diameters front and rear, you will have no problems running a staggered set up. G37 coupes come with 225-45-19s F and 245-40-19s R which are virtually identical in diameter so it will be fine. TONs of people have run staggered set ups on various AWD vehicles with no problems at all.

 

+1000000!!!! I am one of those people. I've had my rims for 6 months and my AWD system have/has no problems. G37 19's are FTGDMFW!!

Yes you can run different sizes, but as that article states it will eventually torch your center diff.

Well, you could get 2 sets of the fronts or the rears and then you wouldn't have to worry. But of course the object is $$$

 

Ya thats problem.. it would be hard to find a set like... :S either that, or spend heavy cash on them... if thats the case, I might as well go aftermarket.
