+1 Me too. I've been searching around and looks like finding a nice looking dedicated set of winter rims to fit the BBKs are going to be a PITA

I know the front clearance is less than OE sport, but....
Anyone know how much (if any) the overall DIA changes with the Akebono's over the OE sport brakes????

Quote: The Akebono BBK has been in my sights lately... now that it's a bit cheaper in price.
I've also been trying to fend off the mod demons who haunt me daily. The stock brakes on my X suck.... and suck hard.

Alan, you suck too. Can't a guy just come here and read new & exciting recipies for chicken without being tempted into spending my kid's college tuition?
WTF...
WTH mang... I'm just trying to do my part as a community...

I've been paying close attention to this... but nope, not yet.

I've heard that both StopTech and Brembo is working on both rotor + pad combo for the Akebono's... I'm probably going to go with Brembo if it's not too harsh for the street use.

Somehow, seeing Brembo make stuff for Akebono's is amusing to me. They're mega competitors.
