Too much negative camber in rear after Eibach install?

So I recently got the Eibach Pro Kit installed on my '07 Sedan. I got the car aligned today and the guy at the tire shop was flipping out like my car was unsafe to drive. I don't know if he wanted to sell me their EXPENSIVE camber kit or if he was being truthful.

Is -2.2 too much on the rears? Do I need to buy a camber kit?

You should buy the rear camber kit... but only because you will get tire wear--the car is definitely safe to drive!

-2.2 will wear out your tires pretty quick, but is it that dangerous? i don't think so.
To a certain degree, increased neg. camber can yield in better traction
Too much neg. camber will make the car less predictable and slippery (decreased contact area).

Thanks guys. I will do some research on which camber kit to buy unless there is a general consensus here of which one to get. The guy sounded like he was trying to work a pressure sell that didn't work.

I think the only rear kits available so far are SPC, Eibach, and Ichibas. As far as quality, they are all good.

Ichibas are only like 135 or something.

I think they are all re-badged SPCs.

Yea, it seems like the mechanism is pretty much the same in all kits. I'd just go for the cheapest one I can grab.
