My steering wheel is vibrating during low and high speed. You can literally feel that the wheel has actually did one rotation while driving, and it get worse in high speed. I brought it to a tire shop and get the tires, rims, and balancing check, and the rims and tires are all good. Does anyone know whats happening to my car? I hope it won't be an expensive fix.

If tire balancing is OK, it could be a tie rod problem.
