I am getting a very intermittent brake light on my dash and was wondering if what the reason might be. I looked in the manual and it said brake fluid but I wasn't sure if maybe I needed pads. Does this car have a brake pad warning sensor? Thanks.

 

Search the tech sections.... it is brake fluid levels 99% of the time.
The lower fluid is caused by wearing of the pads, which sends the caliper piston out further.
Sometimes, being just an oz low can cause this to occur.
Top off your fluid, and also check your pads to see if they're due for replacement.
