I was on tirerack looking at some rims and i found these:



They are 19 x 9.5 with a 45mm offset.



I was thinking to get them and then having it powder coated black and having a Ivory Pearl lip.. What do you think?

Not bad, the offsets are very conservative though and if you're going to go for that color scheme you should look into more aggressive offsets.

 

I agree. 45mm is very conservative and if you are RWD, it makes sense to go with a staggered set up.

 

I personally think color matched barrels is stupid. Why not do the centers only instead?

 

i was thinking of using spacers to make the rims stick out and change the offset but im not sure if im gonna be able to go staggered on these rims... i want to try getting 9.5 for the back and 8.5 for the front... what do you guys think?

 

you wont like them...
the way the spokes come in will make the rim look smaller (like an 18).

i like your idea with the white lip, but if that's the case, buy a black rim with machined lip/dish, then paint the lip/dish white, doesnt have to be ivory pearl.

 

If you look around some more you'll be able to find nicer wheels for around the same price.
But if your mind is set on these wheels get them in the G35 coupe fitment.

Just email tirerack and ask them if they have this fitment in silver instead of chrome.
