I have noticed that whenever i accelerate a bit aggresively (not more than 4200 RPM) the brake lite comes on... I am wondering if that is just the ABS? Or is it something that is loose??

My car has about 37000 miles on it, and the dealer is saying the rear brakes are due.

Let me clarify by brake light, i mean on the instrument panel, not the tail.

 

I'd check your brake fluid levels to see if that's the culprit.
