Hey guys,, i have been looking at summer wheels all over,, and i just still seem to like the stock M 35 18 by 8's or the 37's 18x8.5 obviously, i am still stock with my puny 17's and i would like to go to 245/45/18 ( i haven't even looked at tires yet) My ? is, will it be okay to use the 37 coupe wheels (front) at 18x8.5 ?? will the 245/45 tire look, work, ok?? or do i need to only go 1/2" wider on wheels with the M wheels??? fwiw... i am lowerd on eibach, and also have 15mm spacers, to help my little 17's stick out some...

you could run coupe wheels, but on an X, staggered is not recommended. Why not go 19s? By the way, I thought coupe wheels were 19?

If you really want the look/performance, and 17s are too puny for you, you wont be too happy with 18s either. go with 19's and try to stay the same size all around.

 

Thanks Johnny,,, I thought the NON sport G37 FRONT wheels were just 18x8.5's I was thinking of them all the way around,,, i dunno... i have been looking at so many wheels i am sick of it!!!! Btw... sorry i could not help with your "shudder issue" whats the latest on that???
