Suspension / Alignment experts, come on in
I installed Eibach (6390.140) springs on my G37x 1 week ago and after letting them settle for about 400 miles, I got an alignment done. Below are the results-

The tech said that this was the best he could do and recommended camber kits for both front and rear. However, many on the forum have been getting away without kits with Eibach springs. Should I get an alignment elsewhere or is this pretty much the story with these springs on this car?
TIA

Wow, your rear camber is pretty high, (neg.) almost twice what the front is.. when i did mine about 2 months ago.. same kit, I went to -1.9 or so in the rear, and about the same as you in the front... i went ahead and put front upper (adjustable) arms on the car. and also rear camber kit,, now my rears are around - 0.6 to -0.8 and the front i can adjust at will

Can you tell me more about the upper adjustable arms for the front?
What about correcting the Front Caster? Is there anything I can do for that? It's out of spec as well...
I got mine from THmotorsports, You can adjust camber all you want,, also castor is adjustable also just not as easily.. Stock, Castor is NOT adjustable on our cars, awd, or rwd, the company is called SPC, they are a very beefy upper arm that bolts right in, in place of our aluminum upper,, and the ball joint on the end is whats got a nice range of adjustability... the bad news is they were around $375.00 to the door...

The difference in camber between front and rear is weird...it shouldn't have such a big difference.
If you get the rear camber to match the front, and you get the toe to as close to 0.00 as possible (the tech didn't do a great job adjusting the toe cause I've seen the toe adjusted perfectly to spec without any kits) and you should be fine.
The added camber will provide better handling anyways and as long as the toe is in spec you won't see much extra tire wear.

regardless of camber, he didn't do a very good job on the toe settings either.
There's no way that the left rear should be that far off.
& he didn't even get the thrust angle zeroed out

JM2C, but I'd look for a better shop
I don't care which lowering spring kit you get, you'd want a rear camber and toe kit. It's the front camber kit you can get away without... if you're dropped so low that you need more toe adjustment, having a camber kit will help. It just won't help if your alignment guy doesn't really know what he's doing.
Appreciate the feedback guys. I had the alignment redone at another place and they dialed it in pretty well. I feel like getting my money back from the first place
If you are in NY/NJ, I highly recommend this guy. PM me for info.
