Question Help Guyzz! Noise

Whenever i go over a speed bump i hear noise in my front end struts or suspension. I know its from the suspension somewhere but dont know where. I took it to the dealership and they said its common when the weather gets cold it to make a squeezing noise. Is this true? It recently got cold in vegas and it started making noise. Is this true what the dealership said? If not what is the problem?

yeahh that does make sense. Its more colder in NY than Vegas. I hate this dealership. They are the only infiniti dealership in town and the next closest one is in Cali.
