I've never had much luck with HPS in terms of absolute silence.
There are some things you can do, among others:
- Apply anti-squeal silicone behind the pads
- Re-bed the pads again, preferably with new rotors, or at the least resurfaced ones

hawk or any other performance pads arent really known for quiet braking. that is why they are recommended for performance driving and not daily street use. your noise is perfectly normal.
