Will they fit to G37 coupe?

Will my rims from FX35, which are 18"x8", ET40 fit G37 coupe, which has stock 19"? I want to sell them to the guy who has G37, but I'm not sure if they fit.

If it's a G37S, they definitely won't fit.
If not an S, maybe; although et40 will sit way back in the wheel well.

...for winters?
