Removing rear rotors - Quick question

I can easily remove the front rotors by screwing a bolt through that "access" hole.

And the rear rotors also seem to have an access hole of sorts (covered by a rubber plug that looks like a screw head) -- i've never worked on a car with the type of parking brakes on the G, so i'm wondering:

-- If i can find a large enough bolt to screw through that access hole, will it damage anything behind it? I shone some light through and saw another bolt in there but am unsure of what it does. Whatever is inside will be what the screw i'll drive through that hole will use as leverage to help push the rotor off the hub.

Any help is gladly appreciated.

Thanks.

It's pretty easy.
Just put a block of wood against the rotor face & give it a good belt with the hammer.
Do it in a couple of places & it'll pop right off. (same for the fronts)

The hole with the rubber grommet is the access hole to manually adjust the parking brake pads.

also,
A tip for reassembly.
Use two lug nuts to hold the rotor in it's proper place while you install the caliper

That's it? I'll give it a shot. I'm just afraid it'll be an endless fruitless endeavour of hammering away. (Had the same issue on my old car, eventually just brought it to a brake shop).

Thanks for the tip!

p.s. Hammer at the rotor surface contacting the pads, right? Not the hub?

I just took my rotor off to try to adjust my e brake after removing the caliper. came off very easy with a few taps. but i don't think that screw is to adjust the e brake where the rubber gourmet is. I turned the screw to adjust my e brake but the ebrake shoe start coming off so i put it back.

Thanks guys. I hope my rotors aren't too rusted/sealed-in.
