Eibach springs on 2007 G35X

I called my local tire shop (Les Schwab) about installation costs for the Eibach 6383.140 springs & camber kit on my 2007 G35x. They said that it won't fit the AWD model (which is what Stillen's site says) and therefore won't install it.

Is there a different part number? Does it fit but there are issues? I got the part numbers from here.

Thanks

All the AWD guys installed those springs. Heck, I have a box sitting in my basement awaiting installation next weekend.

So why does Eibach say they won't fit (Link)? In any case, the shop won't install them because Eibach says they aren't for the AWD and the shop won't warranty the work. But I would like suggestions on why they Eibach says they aren't applicable.

Thanks!

why i think they say it doesnt fit the X because the spring rates might be different for the front springs.

I'm just trying to make an informed decision beyond whether it will fit or not, and identify what compromise there is in using these springs instead of OEM. If there were absolutely no issues, Eibach wouldn't say not applicable for the AWD models.

If the spring rates are different than OEM, does that just affect the ride quality slightly?

Thanks for the input.

Hey I have a X and have the eibach springs and there is no change in ride quality. The only thing that you will see is the the springs will drop the front .2 inches less and the rear drop is perfect.
