The fronts would fit with 225/40's if you're lowered with max camber on the stock arms. (~-2.24*)
The rears you'd need a pull to fit. Even then, if you're looking for a light pull you'd have to run 245/40's to fit them and max out the camber on stock arms (~-3.30*)

Actually I am getting these offsets on Volks SF Winning bought for my Z but was thinking of installing it here. Lets see where it will go on Z or G.

I can assure you that you won't be able to fit them easily.
I have 20x9.5 +25 245/35/20 (getting 235/35/20) and 20x10.5 +33 255/30/20 (getting 255/35/20) on my car dropped on H&R springs. My front and rear stock camber arms are maxed out at -2.24* and -3.30* respectively.
I'm planning on dropping down to a 235/35 up front cause there's some rubbing up front against the fender bracket. And I need to go up to a 255/35 in the rear cause I'm currently scraping the mid-section of my exhaust on some speedbumps.
The 1" increase in tire diameter in the rear should do it, just hoping the 235/35 which is 0.25" smaller in diameter than my current 245/35's don't cause any scraping issues. (Doubt they will)
If you're willing to go for a pulled fender and stretch+camber then it should look great. Otherwise, throw those on your Z with some spacers to make them more flush and get some wheels with offsets that would fit your sedan comfortably.

No them being 19's won't make any difference. Check out heyitsalex's car out. He's running 19x9.5 +17 and 19x10.5 +24 with 225/40/19 and 245/40/19 Volk GT-F's IIRC lowered on Eibach's. He said he had some rubbing issues in the rear even after maxing out his front and rear camber on the stock arms so he was planning on getting his fenders pulled.
Your setup will be even more aggressive than that so you'll definitely need some good stretch, camber, and a pull.
Definitely put them on your Z but I say you lower the Z and put some spacers on the wheels to make them more flush/aggressive if that's what you're looking for.
