need new front brake pads
For brake pads, there's always a trade off between cold bite, fade resistance, dust and noise, not to mention harshness to your rotors.
What's your definition of no fade? No fade at the track is completely different than no fade after some a few minutes of sprited driving.
IFAIK, no one has come out with pad that is fade resistance at the track, had good cold bite, quiet and low dust. That would be the perfect pad.
Anyway, from the reviews I've read, EBC red stuff has decent cold bite, won't fade if you don't go overboard, and are quiet and low dusting. I would've tried those but went with EBC yellow stuff (super fade resistant at the expense of less cold bite and more noise) instead cause I take the car to the track on occasion.

Here's the rear's. You'll find that G's go through rear's faster than fronts. (VDC's doing)

I need new pads for front and rear, i got G35s, i'm about to get Hawk Ceramic pads, but the seller recommended the Hawk HPS (around $10 cheaper than ceramic pads), he said they are slightly better than ceramic pads, but they didn't say anything about pad life, dust, noise, and wear for pads and rotors.
I've sent an e-mail for Hawk asking them to help me chose between HPS and Ceramic pads, so far both of them seems good, but since i live in a very hot country, i won't have to worry about cold bite, everything is hot all the time.

Pads work best within a particular temperature range, some of which are published, and one should evaluate their driving styles and make the right decision based on what the pads offer.
G35s-Q8, the average temperatures in Kuwait is pretty close to what we get here in Texas in the hot seasons. Most OEM/OEM-type pads have minimum optimal operating temperatures at ambient (50 degrees, i think), while some performance pads are in the 200 and up range.
I've had Hawk HPS, Akebono SP's and Axxis MM's in the past and can honestly tell you that for normal daily driving i was not using them optimally. In fact i eventually went back to OEM after an incident with the MM's where i had to do an emergency stop in our neighborhood (just doing 30mph mind you) when a kid ran into the street from nowhere. The car did not stop in time, i had to swerve to the curb. I could literally feel the pads just slide on the rotors. HPS' bite better cold, but never inspired confidence when having to do that initial quick stop in traffic situations after extended periods of cruising. OEM pads and good fluid will almost always work better for daily driving.
p.s. The HPS is, in my experience, was certainly noisier and dustier than OEM at least in my past Nissan. Here's a picture i took back then for your reference.

Thank for the info, i have a habit for hard braking, and i really like to have a good stopping power, after i spent my money on VB upgrade, reflash, and some other stuff, i can't afford to buy the Akebono BBK, so i'll upgrade my pads, get SS lines, and find a 5.1 DOT brake fluid, so i was searching over the internet and contacted Hawk and a forum vendor and this is what i got:
As for noise, even stock pads would squeel if they didn't get installed in the right way, but as far as i know, most of my friends use Hawk HPS, and they didn't complain about noise, but they said it was dusty, in some case's they were less dusty than stock pads, beside my rims are painted, so the dust doesn't appear, they're dark, brake dust only effect their shiny finish.
The Performance Ceramic will have the least amount of dust when compared to the HPS. The HPS does perform a bit better than the Ceramic though.
Performance Ceramic has a lower noise and dust factor, plus they do last longer. They are more ore less a upgrade to OEM pads. HPS would be a performance pad w/o the dust or noise.
FWIW, prior to the Akebono's, i tracked my car with the OEM "S" brakes --- pads and all -- without issue. These would be late braking and scraping off anywhere between 30 to 100mph of speed (i.e. 70 down to 30, or 120 down to 30, etc..). Although i'm still breaking in (no pun intended) the Akebono's, i can already tell that like the OEM set-up, my tires will be the weak point.
As for brake dust, as long as you wash your car, the ferro-carbon dust should not mess anything up for you.

Yep, that's what i'm saying. Before i put the Akebono's on i had the OEM "S" brakes like you have now on the track.
You'll be okay whatever route you'll take. 2 stops will heat those pads up enough, probably even just 1 prolonged one.
