Can this be repaired?
Is that just cosmetic? If it's rather light surface marks, you should be able to buff it out. Wetsand if needed.
For anything deeper, following-up with touch-up and clear should fix it. I don't know the proper paint code for it, however.
Otherwise, take it to a wheel shop. It should not cost more than $100 to fix it. I've had bent forged wheels fixed for close to that amount.

it may be, i cant tell, he is selling all 4 for about 1k and that is the only thing wrong with them... tires have about half life... i didnt think it would cost that much to fix.
