Soft Brake pedal????

Hello every one, I am new to the site, I just bought a 07 g35s, and my brakes are very soft and travel way to low almost hit bottom, I took it to the dealer and they tould me that it was normal for 07 and 08, I was not happy with the answer and insist that it was not normal, they checked the rotors and pads and also show me an used 07 that they had in the lot and actualy it fell the same as mine, can you guys tell me if is ok for 08 and 07? they give me an 09 loaner g37 and I almost hit my head with the winshield the first time I pressed the brakes...Thanks in advance

No, they should feel firm.
The first thing to do is flush the fluid and see what that does.

It's common to all cars.
Brake fluid is hygroscopic (takes on water) which changes the boiling point and air separation from the water.

It's a standard maintenance item that IMO should be done every couple of years.

Also, no need to have the dealer do it, it's not warranty related.
....any decent garage can do this. (much cheaper)
