New Wheels

I'm looking to get new rims (probably VOLK SF Winnings) and had a few questions.

1. I want 19 x 8.5 in the front and 19 x 9.5 in the rear. What offsets would I have to have to make them sit just inside the fenders?

2. Where is the best place to buy the rims?

3. Would I still be able to run the size of tires I have now, 245/35/19 up front and 275/35/19 in the rear?

Thanks in advance.

Couple questions that will help others give you input:
1. Are you lowered and if so, on what type of suspension?
2. Tire size should be fine but will also depend on how low you are, what your camber settings are/will be and how low your offsets go.

1. I am lowered on K sport coilovers .75 inches all the way around.
2. Camber is -1.4 and -1.6 in the front and -1.4 in the rear and the toe is set to 0.00.

Do you have pictures available of your current setup on flat ground? I think you will need to be at least +30-40 to be able to tuck inside your fenders with the tire size you mentioned and not have any rubbing.

My camber settings are the same as you in the rear but a little more in the front (-1.7) but I'm also lower in the front and rear (~1.25", ~1.00"). I'm currently running 9 +20 and 10 +30 but my rears poke out a little while my fronts are tucked.
