Now, considering the tires have 10/32" or .3125" tread thickness, which is three times the difference between your tires, that means you are essentially rolling on the equivalent of a set of tires that were the same size, but with tread on the rears worn down 1/3 more than the tread on the front. Does that make sense?

Plus, since you're diameter is dead on with the stock diameter, you'll have zero VDC or speedo issues there either. I'd say you nailed it.
Makes good sense to me! Yep, I'm right on target with stock diameter too so now I can drive w/ confidence and not have to worry about potential issues

Well, given the distance, shadowing, and angle, those pics you just posted are not nearly as telling as the first set you posted, NOR do they lend any further support for your assertion, such as pics showing "Five ppl in car and 30 kilo in the trunk" would. Based on your fist set of pics, the only conceivable way that "no rubbing at all" seems remotely possible, is if your spring setup is SOOOO stiff, you are basically riding on 'cement truck' stiffness to the point there's NO actual suspension compression. Such a condition is pretty much the antithesis of the whole term "suspension" and totally destroys your car.

this thread seems to be most helpful in the QUESTIONS i need answering.

I plan on going with the 19x9.5+22 with a 235/35/19 and 19x10.5+22 with a 245/45/19.

my questions is will this set up work?

how do i calculate these sizes to make sure theyre within 1% difference?

any suggestions on tire sizes i should go with?

PLEASE HELP.

235\35F+235\45R will not work
235*0.35=82,25mm
235*0.45=105,75mm

105,75-82,25=23,5mm

THe point is not to go over 3mm difference.
