Loud Rattle from JIC Coils

Iv had my JIC FLT TARs installed for about 3 months now, iv heard occasional normal rattles hear and there. Today it suddenly got really loud coming from the rear passenger side. It rattles very loudly on any non perfect road, any slight bump or dip will cause an unfamilar loud rattle. It sounded like it was coming from the trunk, I checked it and the entire rear of the car and found nothing. Thus I am assuming it it coming from the coils.... anyone experience this or have any idea what it could be or how to fix it?

Thanks for any feedback

Not sure what could be causing it, but have you checked the adjustment rings/collars for loose fitment? I wouldn't expect it from JIC's, but it does happen to some CO setups.

Or, it could be the dampers failing. IIRC, some of the BC issues were from this.

Thanks for the feedback soundmike, when looking at during the daytime today i realised the car is now slanted down in the rear, if sounds like metal on metal when i drive over any uneven road. Im guessing the shock is blown?

either the shock is blown or the adjustment rings are loose.

Have to try to tighten the cup adjustable rings with the spanner wrenches provided with the kit?
