Offset question

If I have a set of rims that are too aggresive, is it possible to somehow move the wheel inward? This probably sounds like a stupid question but I'd really like to know if it can be done.

Thanks,

Work Varianza T1S. It's the rears I'm worried about. They are 20 X 10, +35. I have a set of Ray's coupe 19's and I really like the way they sit but I'm afraid the new wheels are going to stick out further and I don't want to run a 255 series tire because it looks too stretched. Thanks for any further help.

You'll be fine with those wheels. Just run 275/30/20 tires out back and you'll need a decent drop with around -2.1* of camber to clear the fenders.

You can usually get 3-4mm shaved off of the mounting pad by a machine shop. It would put you around +38 to +39 after shaved. I have a guy I use in SoCal I could hook you up with if you can't find anybody closer.

^ That's a possibility but you won't need to shave anything off if you just dial in some negative camber. If you drop with the Eibach springs, the natural camber from the drop will be enough to fit the wheels. No need for a camber kit, just an alignment.

10 +35 shouldn't be a problem.

Thanks for the help guys. I got the wheels on Friday and they are actually +45, so it looks like everything should work out just fine. Thanks again the input.

I'm thinking of getting these rims. Can you post pictures with them on your ride?
