I only have a thousand miles on them now but Centric premium rotors and Hawk Ceramic pads at Tirerack.com are excellent.

$240 +s/h for front rotors/pads. My OE setup only lasted 15k miles before I got judder and it is just plain not worth it for me to spend the time to beg my dealer for the TSB work and have it recur after only a few thousand miles more. So I consider it money well spent.

+ 1 on Centric premium rotors (Rockauto.com). I have Bendix CT-3 ceramic pads (Amazon.com) but haven't tried them yet - based on the reviews fully expect them to be much better than OEM in dusting/heat/noise categories with equal stopping power. Hawk ceramics (not the HPS) are a solid choice as well.

The stock OEM brakes are pretty good... Only thing I would probably upgrade is to Akenobo BBK..
