11" Wide Tires Possible?
11" Wide Tires Possible?
I was looking at plenty of wheels for my 07 G35S sedan and I was wondering...is it possible to have 19x11 wheels in the rear given the right offset? Or is it just impossible? Would they protrude a lot, alittle or none?
I figured why people didn't get it if they had 10.5 in the back. Whats .50 more is what wondered.
I think you would either need fender work done or higher offsets....maybe in the 40+. Im running a 10.5 +30 rear and ~-4 camber to get flush with the fender. I say be the first try it!!!
Damn!! I'm about to be 10 +37 I wonder how much neg camber I will have to run?
I wonder if you can just get away with fender pull. I like camber but not too much of it just to fit some big a** wheels. I think I might try it this year with some new wheels. hehe.

I'm probably going to go to RAVSPEC since they are right around the block from me and test fit some 19x11 in the rear with a decent offset if it sticks out enough just to get away with a minor fendor pull and less negative camber I'll post some pics in here. I'm running about -2.7 degrees in the rear with the eibach prokit on my X so it would be a valid test I guess.
2.5 degrees with 285's. Thats what I have. Anymore it would be sticking out. I have 08 X
Willing to stretch the tire? Nothing wrong with a little poke as long as the tire tucks

Depends on the offset i think. THe Wheels i bought had a +27 around, and i have 10.5 in the rear. Had to pull all my fenders to get the wheels to fit the car. Have you test fitted it yet?
