19x9.5(20m off) 19x11(18m off) on G35x

I have a 07 G35x, stock suspension.

Can I run 19x9.5(20m off) 19x11(18m off) rims on the awd sedan without any hassle?

I already have 245/40/19 tires for the front in my garage, what size do I need for the rears for this setup to work properly? I want a little width to them, atleast 275 or 285.

Thanks in advance.

Can you explain a little more. How will lowering it help them fit?

To answer your question in a professional manner I would say go do some research about wheels and tires, lowering your car, negative camber, coilovers vs. springs, stretched tire vs. Regular tire. Once you do this I am 100% sure you'll understand how lowering the car helps make them fit. Check out the media share threads in this section and check out the picture share section on the main page you will get your answer

Use the lowered with aftermarket rims database sticky to get an idea of what you want to run in terms of offsets. BTW, a 19x11 +18 will stick out about 70mm more than what you have with the stock rear wheels.
