Figuring offsets

I was curious to know how to figure out the offsets on wheels. I am interested in getting some Volk AV3 but the only problem is the stickers in the wheels feel off and I have no clue what the offsets are. I appreciate the help.

If your wheels that you trying to determine the offset of are without tires, then you don't have to lay them on the ground and do a level thing in order to get them number A. You can just stand the wheel up and measure from lip to lip in order to get the width of the wheel measurement. Measurements need to be performed with metric measuring tape.
