You will need to compare the offset of your wheels to the Akenobos (that's what the BBK is on the G37). I believe all you will need is the Z1 Motorsports adapter brackets (or the whole kit) for the brakes. Clearance is your biggest issues with the sport 18's.

Sport sedan 18s will poke a bit w/ the spacers needed to clear the fronts.
Here's a template to show exactly how much you'll need
http://infinitig37.com/tech-images/akebonotemplate.pdf
As far as the clips, pins, etc. go to rockauto.com and click the following sequence~
Infiniti
G37
2009
3.7lV6
Brake/Wheel Hub
Disc Brake Hardware Kit
CENTRIC Part # 11742053 (front)
CENTRIC Part # 11742054 (Rear)
this will save you about $100 from ordering the same stuff separately from Infiniti
If you have an 07+ Sedan the calipers will bolt up without any bracket needed
You'll also need new banjo bolts for your brake lines from an 09+ G w/ S brakes. Also available from rockauto I think.

And lastly, you'll need a spare tire that will clear, maybe there's one in the trunk of the wrecked G.

If you need new rotors, rockauto again, the Centric 355mm front and 350mm rear will work well.
