G35S Suspenion question - Toe bolts specifically

Quick rundown, I have an 07 G35S sedan, lowered on Eibachs/stock struts.

I put SPC front/rear controls arms, as well as rear toe bolts and had an alignment done.

It's been about 1000km since the alignment and I'm noticing some wear on the inner driver side rear. I have a feeling either during my install of the toe bolts (I did notch out the holes) or during the alignment, some thing has gone wrong.

Today I went into a corner fairly hard, half way threw the corner the car shimmied twice. It wasn't the tires losing grip, but more so felt like suspension shimmying. Could that be some thing to do with the toe bolts? Do the bolts move around in the slot?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Tires have about 1500km on them, they are the factory 19's off a Q60s
