Squeaky

I've got a high pitched squeak going on, at low speeds. It seems to be coming from the drivers side front, although it's hard to tell. I took it to a local shop and they thought it was the brakes, so they replaced the front pads and machined rotors. But it did not fix the problem. I took it back, now they thought it was the rear brakes and took them apart, rounded the front edge or something like that (I had those replaced around 50k). And that did not fix the problem. I don't think it changed the noise at all.

Before taking it back a third time, or possibly trying a different mechanic, I am wondering if anybody has any ideas?

Squeak seems to happen after driving a few miles, possibly not happening when wheels are cold. It occurs around 5-10 miles per hour, above 10-15 it goes away. The noise doesn't happen when using the brakes/slowing down. If I just coast at a real slow speed, it is just a squeak squeak squeak...

Check that there isn't any gravel or small pebbles caught between the splash shield and the backside of the rotor. Then get another opinion from a different mechanic. Any decent mechanic should have been able to isolate this for you.
