This should help, pick how much bite you actually need based on temperatures the pad will see. The more it grabs the more noise and dust it generates, as well as how quickly it eats rotors.
Based on 2 of your 3 wishes, you are probably best suited going with relatively "normal" brakes, nothing performance-oriented. I've got Raybestos EHT pads for the front and rear waiting to go on my car. I've read nothing but good things about these.
There are a TON of excellent brake pad manufacturers on the market. And never underestimate the OEM brake pads, they work very well for street use, have extremely low dust and no noise.
I ended up going with a set of PBR/Axxis, ordered them directly from their site. https://www.pbrbrakesusa.com/ for under 75 bucks for both front and rears.
I've used PBR/Axxis in the past on some other cars and liked them a lot because of the pedal feel, and initial bite with out any noise.
They only had the euro style pads for the fronts and advance ceramic for the rears, I'm ok with it.
So far, I've had them for 2 weeks and for me it's way better than what the previous owner claim that was on there (Hawks street), the pedal feels more solid and it bites like my BMW E60. And the best part, no more noise or squeals. So for 75 bucks, it was worth a try for me, I'll keep you guys updated on how they are in the next couple of thousand miles.
