ok so now that have it put on, I must say I do feel a difference while engaging the shifter button. my old **** alwayshad sort of a resistance something it doesnt press fully easily a snag of some sort.. hmm i always thought its because i didnt depress the brake fully enough.... it always works on the 2nd attempt at pressing tho.. but now its really smooth one press its down....weird eh...

hey guys... is there a technique to pulling down the shift ring in order to remove the shift ****?

I didnt try too hard yet.. but just manupulating the shift ring down didnt do much. Do I have to exert a lot of effort to make it go down?

thanks.

so I just exert more force to pull it down? I dont have to press on anything while pulling it down?

It seems pretty tight when I initially tried.

Just received mine from Rick at Riverside Infiniti. The install was very straight forward and worth it. Feels great every time I change gears or rest my hand on it.

Thanks Garnet Canuck for the DIY!
