I just installed some Phillips 6000 DS2's and im seeing the hot spots too. The beam pattern is not even and I have a bright spot on the drivers side and a pretty large hole of dim light on the passenger side. Is it possible that I just need some adjustments or do you think it is the bulbs that are messed up?

Installed the 3Bspec 8000ks and I'm much happier. The phillips 6000ks definately had a problem with the bulbs because all of the dark spots are gone and overall it looks like more output even though I went up to 8000's. Even though I have only had them a few days, I am very happy with the 3Bspec beam, price of bulbs, and shipping. Hope this helps anyone with the same problems
