i am gonna look into an electronic o2 simulator like i had on my other car to solve the light issue.

You mean TPMS light?

EDIT: BTW, the other light is traction off light. No CEL so far.

Proof.

It's a bit blurry, but you can see it. BTW, the CEL is supposed to be right next to the TPMS light.

Sounds nice, deep, and really clean... I just ordered my exhaust and HFCs (300 cell) from Tony @ FI yesterday.
The wait is already killing me!!!
All joking aside though, I do have a serious question... Do you have the 300 or 400 cell HFCs and how loud is it in person (vid clips never do the sound just)? My G is a daily commuter (sometimes includes wife and kid) and I don't want it to turn into the "will get annoying after a couple of months" loud?
Thanks...

I've got the metallic HFC (which I believe is 300 cell). I really can't tell you if it will "ANNOY" you as a daily driver... As you can see in the vid clip, you may hear the exhaust note while you're cruising around 80MPH.

Take a look at the vid again, try to turn up the volume where I recorded my dash board for like 5 seconds. That's where I was cruising at 80. IMO, you're not going to hear anything below 60MPH, but maybe you'll feel the vibration coming from the exhaust pipes and that's what aftermarket exhaust does.

Hahaha... exhaust is never good for MPH... I keep reving the damn engine just to hear the melody.... I'm not sure about if it actually effected the MPG yet because honestly... it's been less than a week since I got it... It might be a good idea to ask Terry about this specific question.

Perfect, that is what I was hoping for. I was just worried that is was going to be continuously loud (louder than the 80 MPH part) at lower RPMs.
Here's to the G's...

Are you part of the group buy or did you just go for it?

We have plans to do another comparison this Sunday ... FI with ... and FI without HFC.

There is no difference in mileage if you drive the same way you did before the exhaust is installed. But as others have said ... you WILL be getting on it more often because it sounds and pulls better!

In my case ... I still hover around 19-20 mpg - 85%-90% hwy miles (car pool lane!).

yidster ... I feel for you man ... I see you stuck in traffic every once in a while.

where the HECK is the group buy at already!!!

my bad on the check engine light. i knew it was in that area and assumed. is your air low or is a tpm sensor bad?

during some research for an o2 sim, i found their was civil action from the EPA towards caspers electronics last july. they said they found the sensors allowed people to run vehicles past the limits mandated by the clean air act. DUH.
44000 were sold(me being one) and from those, the epa estimates that the impact on the air was like another half million emission compliant cars driving the roads. that sucks. caspers was ordered to pay 74ooo dollars to the gov't and recall the product from retailers.

our rear o2's have 4 wires correct?
