Just wonder what it's mean.This was provide by BERK WEBSITE.

OBDII & 49 state compliant

and i have ask the Berk guy about the emission.He mention it will be ok.

OBDII compliant means you will not get a CEL (check engine light). 49 state compliant means good everywhere except CA (where we can't do anything).

it is actually illegal to remove cat convertors but no one ever gets caught. knock on wood. HFC are still legal.
