access to the re-flash is easy. Check your ECU part number. Check with TechnoSquare to see if the have the code. If so it is as quick as FedEx overnight, with your ECU returned the next day

You're right, I will not be the next in line at GTM. I'm planning some other options. If I make to the BBQ this weekend we can talk about what I plan next

oh sweet! thanks JGKG35. so the only way to get the ECU part number would be from the dealer correct?

There's a sticker on the ecu itself, not too hard to get to the ECU. http://technosquareinc.com/unitid.htm

You would need to get to the ECU anyways to send it.

unless you an OBDII connector I do not know how you could get it. By way the dealer can look it up by your VIN. Don't let them give you any baloney about having to pull it through the OBD II. The will charge a fee for that and there is no reason to do so, have the parts department look it up. If you have a good service manager they will do it for you, free.

OK. went to local Infiniti dealer to get my ECU Number..But they said they don't have Info for my cars ECU. Only a regular part #. not Model ID!!?? And I gave them my cars VIN. and thats all the parts guy could give me! Now how are you other guy's getting your cars ECU ID? Guess I half to tear apart my dash to get to the ECU!! Now anyone did a DIY on getting to the cars ECU? I know it's like behind the GLove box? Is it easy to get to? or do I half to take a crap load of stuff off to get the ECU out? Would appreciate the Help. Thnx MIKE

Mike ... Call up the parts guys at Riverside Infiniti. They are very cool and really know their stuff! They can get your ECU part number from your VIN.

I've thought pretty seriously about the Technosquare flash but am concerned of how good of a tune I'll get by Fedex vs. an actual in-house tune. how much am I going to be leaving on the table, I says to myself..... and I can just hear tadashi when I say, uuh JWT intake....
