Here is what I read in another thread:
Yeah I also want to add to TS's good review... I had my my appt on Monday at 1pm. Tadashi finished at 1:45. Car felt much more responsive.. with the slightest dab of the gas pedal... it seems to have more power down low... and mid-range power seems much better. didn't get a chance to test the 7100rpm redline yet or ever test the High speed limit... but the car definitely responds much better. And yes... their pricing is now $300 for the "Σ-Spec Stage 2". He also said my car was running extremely lean down low and that I should go get 1 step colder plugs. So I'll be looking for that soon...
Additionally, (cant find the thread) someone was told by TS to use an octane booster after reflash...I can call TS an confirm.

yes but ONLY if you tune the car for OPEN loop. that is when the car switches to a FIXED fuel/timing map for max performance. this is how i had to do it in my 02 sentra specv.
if you make fuel changes while the car is in closed loop(definition: when its using the oxygen sensor to make fuel adjustments for gas mileage vs. power), it will try to correct them back to the factory targets.
in my sentra, open loop was over 75% throttle while over 3000 rpm. I have a feeling its about the same for this car.
In all reality, if your trying to tune up the performance level, i would set it to kick in only over 85% throttle and start adjusting over 3500rpms.
technosquare will have it dialed in really well for all your daily driving needs. the piggy back air fuel tune on top of it will only be best to squeeze out a few more ponies at WOT.

So going higher than manufacturer limit without any upgrade will shorten the live of your engine.
Bikes have higher rev limit, sometime up to 11k rpm, because their engine designs are different. One of many factors that allow them to get high rev limit is that the cam shaft and crank shaft are much shorter than in cars' engines.
However, only 400rpm is not a big deal to me on VQ engines.

Wrong.
