Official "get the US spec fujitsubo exhaust into production" Thread
The HFC's are definitely a bigger power gainer than the cat back exhaust... Plus, they are a much cheaper mod. That's the main reason I am considering just going with the HFC's and keeping the stock exhaust. I'm just not sure if it will be too loud for me. I definitely know that the HFC's with the full FI cat-back is too loud for my tastes. Hmmm.... decisions, decisions.

Hopefully it's not too loud once i put the Magnaflow H-Pipe with stock muffler.

i have HFC with stock exhaust. it definitely sounds better than stock, and it wont be too loud for anyone. i'm the most picky and sensitive when it comes to exhausts being too loud and ricey, and trust me HFCs with a stock exhaust is fine. having said that, i want a free flowing exhaust mainly because i plan on having full bolt on mods and then get a tune to get as much power as i want, plus i'd like a unique exotic exhaust sound, just not a very loud one, and i feel like the way people describe the fujitsubo exhaust, it could be the perfect exhaust with HFC for me, which is why i started this thread. i just feel that our cars are more classy and luxurious than people think, and im sure there is at least 15 people that feel the same as i do on this forum, so i'm confident that we'll get this fuji exhaust into production at a reasonable price for us.

Glad to hear that you guys are happy with your HFC's with stock exhaust.
And great videos, earth0! Your car sounds great with Berks and the stock exhaust. I think that's the route I'm gonna take... at least until we can get the Fujitsubo over here.
Thanks guys for helping with my decision.
Also, any of you guys with the Berk HFC's getting check engine lights? I'm planning on going with the Berks myself and am just curious how others are fairing.

thats 2 pretty good videos. the first one is the g35 coupe with stock exhaust then replaced with fuji exhaust. as you can see, the fujitsubo exhaust changed the sound of the exhaust a bit, but it didn't make it any louder at all. if anything it was quieter. and the second video is the actual exhaust were trying to get into US production, and its on our sedans, but its without HFC. it sounds very similar to stock, maybe just a tiny bit deeper on the low end. i really HIGHLY doubt this exhaust plus hfc will be too loud. sorry i couldn't find any videos of a fujitsubo exhaust with aftermarket HFC. but i'll keep looking. hope this helps
