All of the above. A little too loud, very raspy, and some light droning at highway speeds. I probably could have gotten over it being a little too loud, but the raspiness was the deal breaker for. I don't really like that raspy sound, plus I drive a lot for work and I think the highway drone would have eventually gotten on my nerves. Everyone has thir own likes and dislikes, though, so I'm sure there are people out there that love the FI exhaust, it's just not for me. I love my Tanabe set up with the Berk HFC's... It definitely not too loud, doesn't drone at all and has very little rasp.
